また、コンサート出演はSWF開始前に締結された初期契約にも含まれていました。

具体的な日付は未定でしたが、9月から12月の間はスケジュールを空けておくよう複数回にわたり依頼があり、その内容はメンバーへ共有されていました。
6月30日 – 初回スケジュール共有
6月30日、当社は初めてコンサートのスケジュール表を受け取り、チーム内に共有しました。
KYOKAの出演に関する調整
KYOKAの出演はコンサート主催にとって重要な要素とされており、彼女が不参加の場合、チケットキャンセルが発生する可能性があるとして、主催側は全日程への参加を強く求めていました。
当社としては事前に全メンバーへスケジュール確保を依頼していましたが、主催側からの詳細な日程共有が遅れたため、KYOKAはすでに一部の日程に別の予定を入れている状況でした。
7月25日 – KYOKAとのやり取り
7月25日、KYOKAとコンサート日程について連絡を取りました。
この時点でKYOKAは、9月27日、10月3日、10月11日、10月18日の公演については出演しない意向を示しており、コンサートチームもその状況を把握した上で再検討を依頼していました。
これらの日程は最終的にコンサート自体がキャンセルとなりました。
その背景には、KYOKA不参加によりチケットの返金が発生する可能性があったことも一因とされています。
調整過程について
コンサート主催側のスケジュール共有が遅れたこともあり、KYOKAが他の仕事を先に確定させていた点については、当社としても理解していました。
そのため出演可否の最終判断は本人に委ねています。
また、出演料についても当時把握していた範囲で共有しており、最終金額は未確定だったため概算で説明を行いました。
さらに、実際のコンサート日程以外に韓国滞在が必要ないことも説明しています。
加えて、他のメンバーと共にステージに立てる機会であることも伝えました。
結論
KYOKAとのコンサートに関する協議が円滑に進まなかった点について、当社の情報共有不足が原因であるかのように指摘されていました。
しかし実際には、主催側からのスケジュール共有が遅れたことが主な要因であり、その結果としてKYOKA側も他の予定を確定せざるを得ない状況となりました。
当社としては、KYOKAの事情を考慮しつつ、主催側の要望も踏まえ、出演可否について再検討できるよう継続して調整・協議を行ってきました。
また、契約書のドラフトを含む主催側資料や出演料に関する情報もすべて共有しています。
当社は一貫して本人の意思を尊重して対応しており、出演を強制した事実は一切ありません。
私は、本人が納得していないことや不安を感じていることについて、誰かに参加を強制するつもりは一切ありません。Kyokaに対しても、同じように本人の意思を尊重して対応していました。
Concert Scheduling
For context, when the SWF contract was signed before filming began, all members were made aware of the concert.
Participation in the concert was included in the original contract signed before SWF. However, at that time, the concert dates had not yet been finalized, and we were told that they would be decided as the show progressed.
Although no specific dates had been confirmed, I was asked to keep the members’ schedules open from September to December, and I communicated this to them multiple times.
On the 30th of June I finally received the initial concert calendar and shared this with the team.
KYOKA’s participation was considered important by the concert team. They stated that if she did not appear, there could be ticket cancellations, and strongly requested that she participate in all scheduled dates.
I had asked all members in advance to keep their schedules open. However, partly because the organizers were late in sharing the detailed schedule, KYOKA had already made other commitments on some of the proposed dates.
July 25th – Communication with Kyoka
On July 25, I exchanged messages with KYOKA regarding the concert schedule.
By that point, KYOKA had indicated that she did not intend to participate in the performances scheduled for September 27, October 3, October 11, and October 18. The concert team was aware of this and asked her to reconsider.
Those dates were ultimately cancelled. One of the alleged reasons for the cancellations was the anticipated ticket refunds that would result from KYOKA’s planned absence.
The Coordination Process
Because the concert team had been late in sharing the details, I understood why Kyoka had already made other commitments. For that reason, I told her that the final decision was up to her.
I also shared the information I had at the time regarding the performance fee. Since the final amount had not yet been confirmed, I gave her the estimate.
I further explained that she would not need to stay in Korea outside of the actual concert dates.
In addition, I told her that this would be an opportunity to perform on stage together with the other members.
Conclusion
It has been suggested that discussions with KYOKA regarding the concert did not go smoothly because our company failed to provide sufficient information.
However, the main issue was that the organizers were late in providing the detailed schedule. As a result, KYOKA had already committed to other work on some of the proposed dates.
Taking KYOKA’s circumstances into account, we continued to coordinate with her and discuss the matter in good faith, including passing on the organizers’ requests and asking whether she would be able to reconsider her participation.
We also shared all relevant materials provided by the organizers, including the draft contract, as well as the information available to us at the time regarding the performance fee.
I have never intended to pressure anyone into taking part in something they were uncomfortable with or had not agreed to, and I treated KYOKA with that same respect.
Throughout this process, I consistently respected Kyoka’s own wishes. At no point did we attempt to force, her to participate. The decision to not take part in concert dates were completely her own and not based on any issue relating to a lack of information as rumors have claimed.
콘서트 일정 관련
프로그램 촬영 전, SWF 계약을 체결한 시점에서 모든 멤버들은 콘서트의 존재를 인지하고 있었습니다. 또한 콘서트 출연은 SWF 시작 전에 체결한 최초 계약 내용에도 포함되어 있었습니다.
다만, 당시에는 콘서트 일정이 확정되지 않았고, 프로그램 진행 상황에 맞춰 결정될 예정이라는 설명을 들었습니다.
구체적인 날짜는 정해지지 않았지만, 9월부터 12월 사이에는 멤버들의 스케줄을 비워 두어야 한다는 요청을 받았고, 그 내용은 여러 차례 공유하였습니다.
6월 30일, 당사는 처음으로 콘서트 일정표를 전달받았고, 이를 팀에게 공유하였습니다.
쿄카의 출연은 콘서트 팀에게 중요한 사안으로 여겨졌으며, 그녀가 출연하지 않을 경우 티켓 취소가 발생할 가능성이 있다는 이유로 주최 측은 전체 일정 참여를 강하게 요청하였습니다.
당사는 사전에 모든 멤버들에게 스케줄을 비워 두도록 전달해 두었지만, 주최 측의 세부 일정 공유가 늦어졌던 탓에 쿄카는 이미 일부 날짜에 다른 일정을 잡아 둔 상태였습니다.
7월 25일, 쿄카와 콘서트 일정과 관련해 연락을 주고받았습니다. 이 시점에서 쿄카는 9월 27일, 10월 3일, 10월 11일, 10월 18일 공연에는 출연하지 않겠다는 의사를 밝혔고, 콘서트 팀도 그 상황을 인지한 상태에서 출연 재검토를 요청하고 있었습니다.
이 일정들은 최종적으로 취소되었습니다. 그 배경에는 쿄카의 불참으로 인해 티켓 환불이 발생할 가능성이 있었던 점도 하나의 이유였던 것으로 보입니다.
콘서트 팀의 일정 공유가 늦어졌던 만큼, 쿄카가 이미 다른 일정을 잡아 두었던 점에 대해서는 당사 역시 충분히 이해하고 있었습니다. 그렇기 때문에, 출연 여부에 대한 최종 판단은 본인에게 맡겼습니다.
또한, 출연료에 대해서도 당시 파악하고 있던 범위 내에서 공유하였습니다. 최종 금액은 확정되지 않았기 때문에, 대략적인 조건을 설명하였습니다.
더불어 실제 콘서트 일정 외에는 한국에 머물 필요가 없다는 점도 설명하였습니다. 그리고, 다른 멤버들과 함께 무대에 설 수 있다는 이점 역시 전달하였습니다.
결론
쿄카와의 콘서트 관련 협의가 원활하게 진행되지 않았던 이유에 대해, 당사의 정보 공유 미흡이 원인인 것처럼 지적된 바 있었습니다. 하지만, 실제로는 콘서트 주최 측의 일정 공유가 늦어졌던 것이 주된 원인이었고, 그로 인해 쿄카 측에서도 다른 일정을 확정할 수밖에 없는 상황이 발생하였습니다.
당사로서는 쿄카의 사정을 고려하며, 주최 측의 요청도 포함해 출연 여부를 다시 검토해 줄 수 있도록 조율하고 협의해 왔습니다. 또한, 계약서 초안을 포함한 주최 측의 자료와 출연료 관련 정보 역시 모두 공유하였습니다.
당사는 언제나 본인의 의사를 존중하며 대응해 왔으며, 출연을 강요한 사실은 전혀 없습니다.
