メンバーの声明では、一部の人が契約を強制され、一部の人はそうではなかったかのように主張されており、状況が不明確であったかのように述べられていました。
しかし、実際にはそのような事実はありません。
各メンバーは当社と直接連絡を取ることができ、契約内容について不明点があれば自由に質問できる状態にありました。また、番組の条件に同意できない場合には、参加しないという判断をすることも完全に自由でした。
当社だけでなく、多くのメンバーはそれぞれ自身のマネージャー、弁護士、または信頼できる関係者に契約内容を確認していました。当社はメンバー本人だけでなく、その代理人とも電話で話し合い、番組に関する契約内容や詳細について説明を行いました。これは、各メンバーが安心して正しい判断をできるようにするためであり、何かを隠していた事実は一切ありません。
また、横領や金銭の着服といった主張についても、明確に否定します。各メンバーが受け取る金額は、それぞれの契約書に明記されています。
エージェンシーのビジネスは、一定の割合に基づいて成り立つものです。各メンバーには、自身が参加した撮影日数と、それに対応する金額の内訳が共有されていました。全員が自らの判断でその情報を確認することができ、自身の受取総額を把握できる状態にありました。
契約に関する協議
契約に関する協議は、番組収録前、チームがまだ日本に滞在しており韓国へ渡航する前から開始されていました。
契約内容およびその他の情報を共有するため、複数回のZoomでの打ち合わせに加え、メンバー本人および各自の代理人・助言者を含む13名のLINEグループが作成されました。
そのLINEグループ内で、当社.と各メンバーとの間の契約書が共有されました。メンバーとの契約を締結することは、制作側の判断により、番組に参加するための前提条件とされていました。




当社と各メンバーとの間の契約条件は、すべて同一でした。
上記の画像からも確認できるとおり、契約書は全メンバーが閲覧できるグループ内で共有されていました。各メンバーは、契約内容について自由に質問することができ、また、自身の助言者に確認することもできる状況にありました。
メンバー・制作側・株式会社ジャミール.間の契約
もう一つ、締結が必要な契約がありました。これは株式会社ジャミール、番組側、そして各チームメンバーの三者間で締結される契約です。各チームメンバーごとに、個別の契約書が作成されました。
各契約書には、1日あたりの具体的な出演料が明確に記載されており、メンバーは署名前に、自分がいくら受け取ることになるのかを把握できる状態にありました。
チームの参加決定が非常に遅い段階で行われたため、この契約書は3月初旬に受領しました。
契約書は、リーダー、サブリーダー、メンバーの区分に分かれており、これはすべてのチームに共通する形式でした。
そのため、各チームメンバーには、それぞれ自分に該当する契約書が個別に送付されました。会社において各個人の契約内容が私的なものであるのと同様に、チーム内でも各メンバーがそれぞれ個別の契約を締結していました。
つまり、本件では合計7通の個別契約が締結されています。






Kyoka
KYOKAの場合は、スケジュール調整に時間を要したこと、またサブリーダーとして他のメンバーとは異なる金額設定であったことから、2種類の契約書が同じタイミングで送付されました。
また、KYOKAには両方の契約書が送付されており、本人から当社に質問があったほか、下記のとおり、マネージャーからも契約内容について詳細な質問がありました。

結論
以上の内容から、メンバーが契約内容を知らなかった、条件が分かりにくかった、または不自然な契約に無理やり署名させられたという主張は、事実ではありません。
実際には、契約書は事前に共有されていました。各メンバーには、内容を確認する時間があり、当社に直接質問することもできました。また、自分のマネージャー、弁護士、アドバイザー、信頼できる人に相談することもできる状況でした。実際に、一部のメンバーについては、代理人とも直接やり取りをし、契約内容について詳しく説明しています。
さらに、各メンバーが受け取る金額は、それぞれの契約書に明確に書かれていました。そのため、署名前に自分がいくら受け取るのかを確認できていました。
したがって、契約の手続きが不透明だった、何かが隠されていた、または署名を強制されたという主張は事実ではありません。
また、横領や金銭の着服という主張にも根拠はありません。各メンバーの受取金額は契約書に明記されており、参加した撮影日数とそれに対する金額の内訳も共有されていました。そのため、金額を隠したり、不正に受け取ったりする余地はありませんでした。
本件は、事前に契約書を共有し、質問の機会を設け、必要に応じて代理人やアドバイザーにも確認してもらったうえで進められた通常の契約手続きです。記録から見ても、何かを隠していた事実はなく、各メンバーは契約内容を理解したうえで署名していたことは明らかです。

In the members’ statements, it was implied that some individuals were forced into signing contracts while others were not, creating the impression that the situation surrounding the agreements was unclear or misleading. However, this is completely false.
From the beginning, every member was able to communicate with me directly regarding the contracts and the program. If there were any concerns or unclear points, they were free to ask questions at any time. In addition, participation in the program was ultimately up to each member. If a member did not agree with the terms or did not feel comfortable participating, they were entirely free to decline.
As well as myself, many members also reviewed the contracts with their own managers, lawyers, or trusted advisors. I personally spoke not only with the members themselves, but in some cases their representatives as well, explaining the details of the agreements and the conditions related to the program. This was done specifically so that everyone could make informed decisions with a full understanding of the situation. At no point was information hidden from any member.
The allegations of embezzlements or misappropriation of funds are also completely false. The payment amounts for each member were clearly stated in their individual contracts from the outset.
Agencies operates on a percentage-based structure, which is standard practice in the industry. Each member was provided with information regarding the number of filming days they participated in, along with the corresponding payment breakdowns. As a result, every member was in a position to verify the details themselves and understand the total amount they were entitled to receive.
Contract Discussion
Discussions regarding the contracts began before the recording of the program, while the team was still in Japan and prior to traveling to Korea.
To ensure that contract details and other important information could be shared properly, multiple Zoom meetings were held. In addition, a LINE group consisting of 13 people was created, including the members themselves as well as their respective representatives and advisors.
Within that LINE group, the contracts between Jameel Inc. and each member were shared. Entering into contracts with the members was a prerequisite for participating in the program, as determined by the production.




The contract terms between Jameel and each member were identical for everyone.
As can be seen from the images above, the contracts were shared within a group that all members were able to access and review. Each member was free to ask questions regarding the contract terms and could also consult with their own advisors if they wished.
Contract between members, production and Jameel Inc.
There was one other agreement that was required for the program. This was a three-party contract entered into between Jameel Inc, the production , and each individual team member. Separate agreements were made for each individual member of the team.
Each contract clearly stated the specific appearance fee per day, allowing every member to understand exactly how much they would receive prior to signing.
As the team’s participation in the program was finalized at a very late stage, these contracts were only received in early March.
The agreements were categorized into Leader, Sub-Leader, and Member contracts, and this structure was applied consistently across all teams participating in the program. Accordingly, each member was individually sent the contract corresponding to their role.
Just as employment or business contracts within a company are treated as private agreements between the relevant parties, each team member entered into their own separate agreement.
In total, seven separate individual contracts were executed.






Kyoka
In Kyoka’s case, additional time was required to coordinate scheduling, and because her compensation structure differed from the other members due to her role as Sub-Leader, both contracts were sent to her simultaneously.
Both contracts were provided directly to Kyoka, and she personally asked me questions regarding their contents. In addition, as shown below, her manager also raised detailed questions regarding the contract to which I answered.

Conclusion
As shown above, the claims that the members were unaware of the contract terms, that the conditions were unclear, or that they were forced to sign unusual agreements are simply not true.
In reality, the contracts were shared in advance. Each member was given time to review the contents, and they were able to ask me questions directly if anything was unclear. They were also free to consult with their own managers, lawyers, advisors, or other trusted individuals. In some cases, I communicated directly with members’ representatives and provided detailed explanations regarding the contract terms.
Furthermore, the amount each member would receive was clearly stated in their respective contracts. As a result, every member was able to confirm exactly how much they would be paid before signing.
Accordingly, the claims that the contract process lacked transparency, that information was hidden, or that signatures were forced are clearly false.
The allegations of embezzlement or misappropriation of funds are also entirely without basis. Each member’s compensation was explicitly stated in their contract, and the breakdown of filming days and corresponding payment amounts was also shared. There was therefore no opportunity to conceal amounts or improperly retain funds. Therefore, the suggestion that the contract process was unclear, hidden, or coercive is false.
This matter proceeded through a standard contractual process in which the agreements were shared in advance, opportunities were provided for questions, and members were able to consult with their representatives or advisors where necessary. The records clearly show that nothing was hidden, and that each member signed the agreements in full awareness of the conditions after having every opportunity to understand the documents.

멤버들은 이전 입장문을 통해 일부 멤버들이 계약 체결을 강요받았고, 계약 내용에 대해서도 충분한 설명을 받지 못했다고 주장하였습니다.
하지만 이는 사실과 다릅니다.
모든 멤버는 당사와 직접 연락할 수 있었고, 계약과 관련해 궁금한 점이 있다면 언제든 자유롭게 질문할 수 있었습니다. 또한 프로그램 조건에 동의하지 않을 경우, 프로그램에 참여하지 않기로 하는 것 역시 전적으로 본인의 자유였습니다.
멤버들은 각자의 매니저, 변호사 또는 신뢰하는 사람들과 계약 내용을 검토하였습니다. 당사 역시 멤버 본인뿐 아니라 그들의 대리인과도 직접 통화하며 계약 내용과 프로그램 세부사항에 대해 설명하였습니다. 이는 각 멤버가 적절한 판단을 내릴 수 있도록 하기 위함이었으며, 그 어떤 내용도 숨긴 사실이 없습니다.
모든 멤버는 계약 내용을 충분히 확인하고 납득한 뒤, 당사와 계약을 체결하였습니다.
또한, 지급되어야 할 돈을 숨기거나 부당하게 가로챘다는 의혹 역시 사실이 아닙니다.
각 멤버가 받게 되는 보수는 각 계약서에 명확하게 기재되어 있었습니다. 또한, 본인이 참여한 촬영 일수와 그에 해당하는 금액 명세서 역시 공유되었습니다. 원할 경우 언제든 직접 확인할 수 있었기 때문에, 각자 받아야 할 총금액을 파악하고 있었습니다.
계약 관련 논의
계약 논의는 프로그램 촬영 전, 팀이 아직 일본에 머물고 한국으로 출국하기 전부터 시작되었습니다.
계약 내용 및 기타 정보를 공유하기 위하여 여러 차례 Zoom 미팅이 진행되었으며, 멤버 본인과 각자의 대리인을 포함한 총 13명의 LINE 단체 채팅방도 개설하였습니다.
해당 채팅방 안에서 당사와 각 멤버 간의 계약서가 공유되었습니다. 멤버들과 계약을 체결하는 것은 제작진 측의 판단에 따른 것이었으며, 프로그램 참여를 위한 전제 조건이었습니다.




당사와 멤버들 간 계약 조건은 모두 동일하였습니다.
위 이미지에서도 확인할 수 있듯, 계약서는 모든 멤버가 볼 수 있는 단체 채팅방에 공유되었습니다. 멤버들은 계약 내용에 대해 자유롭게 질문할 수 있었고, 본인의 대리인에게 검토를 요청할 수 있었습니다.
멤버 · 제작진 · 당사 간 계약
추가로 필요한 계약이 하나 더 있었습니다. 이는 당사, 프로그램 측, 그리고 각 멤버 간에 체결되는 3자 계약이었습니다.
이 계약은 하나의 계약서에 멤버 전원이 서명하는 게 아니라, 각 멤버별로 개별 계약서에 서명하는 방식이었습니다.
각 계약서에는 1일당 출연료가 명확히 기재되어 있었기 때문에, 멤버들은 서명 전에 본인이 얼마를 받게 되는지 미리 확인할 수 있었습니다.
팀의 프로그램 참여 결정이 비교적 늦게 이루어졌기 때문에, 이 계약서는 3월 초에 전달되었습니다.
계약서는 리더 / 부리더 / 일반 멤버로 구분되어 있었으며, 이는 모든 팀에 동일하게 적용된 방식이었습니다. 따라서 각 팀 멤버에게는 본인에게 해당하는 계약서가 개별적으로 전달되었습니다.
회사에서 개인 계약 내용이 대외비로 관리되는 것과 마찬가지로, 팀 내에서도 각 멤버는 독립된 계약을 체결하였습니다.
즉, 총 7개의 개별 계약이 체결된 것입니다.






쿄카 관련
쿄카의 경우에는 프로그램 출연 일정 조율에 시간이 필요했던 점, 그리고 부리더로서 다른 멤버들과 다른 보수가 적용되었던 점 때문에 두 종류의 계약서가 같은 시점에 전달되었습니다.
쿄카 역시 다른 멤버들과 동일하게 두 계약서를 모두 전달받은 후, 본인이 직접 당사에 문의하였으며, 아래와 같이 매니저를 통한 상세 검토 및 문의도 이루어졌습니다.

결론
위 내용을 종합하면, 멤버들이 계약 내용을 제대로 알지 못했다거나, 조건이나 출연료가 불투명했다거나, 비정상적인 계약에 강제적으로 동의했다는 주장은 사실이 아닙니다.
계약서는 사전에 공유되었고, 충분히 검토할 시간도 주어졌습니다. 또한 멤버들은 당사에게 직접 문의할 수 있었으며, 본인의 매니저·변호사·대리인 등 신뢰할 수 있는 사람들과 상의할 수 있었습니다. 일부 멤버들의 경우, 당사는 대리인들과 직접 통화하며 계약 조건을 자세히 설명하기도 하였습니다.
더불어 각 계약서에는 멤버들이 받게 될 보수가 명확하게 기재되어 있었고, 서명 전에 본인의 보수를 확인할 수 있었습니다. 또한 참여한 촬영 일수와 그에 해당하는 보수 내역 역시 공유되어 있었기 때문에, 보수를 숨기거나 부당하게 가로챌 수 있는 상황이 아니었습니다.
본 계약 과정은 사전 정보 공유, 문의 기회 제공, 그리고 필요 시 대리인과의 검토 등을 거친 일반적인 계약 절차였습니다. 실제 대화 내용에서도 각 멤버가 계약 조건을 충분히 인지한 상태에서 서명했다는 점은 분명히 확인됩니다.
